The birth of Fine Creek Realty! Fine Creek Realty opened its doors for business in 1989, started by Jim Blandford (the realtor), Charlie Shiflett (the entrepreneur), and John Gardner (the banker). This group of spirited men developed a passion for serving the real estate needs of their community and led the charge for many years.

Fast forward to 2021, the baton of service was passed to the current managing broker and President of Fine Creek Realty, Jayme Wood. Together with him, partners Bobby Hertzler and Heather Nuckols look to refresh Fine Creek Realty, while working hard to keep the same gold standard of work ethic and integrity that the company was originally founded on.
